Please go through each course carefully. Each Course will be a series of Lessons and Quizzes. You must get 100% on each quiz in order to receive a certificate of completion.
After each lesson, make sure to click the complete button found and the bottom of the page. This will direct you to the quiz. Click the start button to begin each quiz. On the final question please click the complete button after you have selected your final answer.
After each quiz, if you get 100% please click the next lesson found in the bottom right corner to move on. If you choose to skip a question, you may return to it later but if not answered and answered correctly, it will result in a failing grade and no certificate will be issued. If you have not received 100% passing grade on any quiz, click redo. You have 99 attempts to pass each quiz. You must get 100% on each section in order to receive a downloadable certificate of completion.
If you elect to complete the entire course without a 100% on all quizzes it will result in a fail and YOU will be required to take the entire course over.
After the final ACT quiz, you will need to click the “Finish Course.” The certificate will populate and you can download it. If the certificate hasn’t populated and you believe you have completed every portion. Please check the course curriculum. A GREEN checkmark appears next to all lessons and quizzes you have elected to complete; if you miss those green checks, you have not completed the entire course. If all GREEN check marks are there, you need to click “Finish Course” on the right-hand side.
